Every inspection begins with a detailed conversation. We take the time to understand your health concerns, the history of the home, and any signs or symptoms you have noticed. This step ensures we approach your situation with care, context, and clarity.

It’s not enough to spot mold. We uncover the moisture source. Our goal is to understand what’s fueling the problem so it doesn’t return. You’ll receive a detailed report, personalized guidance, and clear next steps designed specifically for your home and your health.
We conduct a multi-hour, top to bottom inspection of your home. From attic to crawlspace, HVAC and ductwork, and everywhere in between. Using advanced tools like thermal imaging, borescopes, and laser particle counters, we uncover moisture issues, hidden mold, and air quality concerns others might miss.
His meticulous attention to detail and the depth of his knowledge are absolutely unparalleled. Unlike previous inspectors, John took the time to thoroughly assess every inch of my home, leaving no stone unturned.

Maybe you're closing on a house. Maybe you manage a rental. Maybe you just caught a musty smell after a week of rain. Whatever brought you here, a real inspection gives you answers instead of guesses. For homeowners who need mold testing in New York, our inspections and air quality work focus on finding the source behind the problem, not just the spots you can see.
Hiring a local mold inspector in New York means someone who treats your home the way we'd treat ours. You get a real, science-based inspection with thermal imaging, borescopes, and laser particle counters. You get an honest report you can actually use. And you never get pressured into anything. For buyers and sellers, that keeps the deal moving. For homeowners and property managers, it's a plan you can act on today. For environmentally sensitive clients across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, it's finally an inspector who takes the health part seriously.
We know New York homes. Century-old houses up in the Hudson Valley, damp tri-state basements, all of it. Every home carries its own moisture story. Wet springs, heavy snow, summers that swelter and winters that freeze, it's the exact recipe mold loves. Knowing how a local crawlspace behaves in March helps us find the source faster and explain it in plain language.
